Moog’s Corporate IT Group is hiring for a SAP Solution Integration Manager.

The SAP Solution Integration Manager will report to the Director, SAP Applications and perform as a solution enabler across streams with ERP and MES applications.  

 Here’s what you will be responsible for on a day-to-day basis:

  • Lead, act as liaison and gate keeper across Process, Functional and Technology teams.
  • Team up with Global Business Owners, SAP Functional Lead, SAP Development Leads, SAP Technology Leads and drive the global template
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather process integration aspects of MOOG ERP transform journey.
  • Review & learn MOOG business process flow diagrams, global template and map it with SAP best practices and the identify GAP’s and variances.  
  • Document the GAP between the process streams and its variance from MOOG global template.
  • Conduct timely (weekly, Biweekly or monthly) integration meetings and workshops and publish the outcomes of those.
  • Highly informed about SAP solutions, roadmap and can relate those to MOOG ERP transform global template and timeline.
  • Act as a mentor to business functional team to understand the SAP as a solution and technology. 

 

To be considered for this role you’ll need to have:

  • 10+ years of SAP Experiences with either one or more SAP domains like Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Production Planning/Manufacturing etc.
  • Excellent communication skills & team player with ability to manage solution conflicts and GAPS.
  • Experienced in Agile project management methodology. 

 

This position requires access to United States Export Controlled information.

 

The base salary for this role is approximately $140,000.00 - $180,000.00

The base pay range represents the low and high end of the Moog pay range or indicates the hourly rate for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on many factors such as skills, experience, certifications and performance. The rate listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
