Moog’s Corporate Group is looking for a SAP Procure to Pay Lead.

The SAP Procure to Pay Lead will report to the SAP Enterprise Architect and work closely with the SAP Aerospace and Defense Transformation Team.  

Here’s what you will be responsible for on a day-to-day basis:

  • Lead the functional area of SAP Procure to Pay and work with Global Business Process Owners (GBPO’s), Business Process Owners (BPO’s) and their team to establish and prioritized MOOG process needs and support legacy processes and application integration.
  • Provided guidance and subject matter expertise to support application management processes and defect resolution in their process areas of Procure to Pay.
  • Responsible to create and maintain process and technical documentation such as functional technical specification and end user training.
  • Maintain Configuration documents, Key Design Documents, WRICEF tracker limited to their area of expertise.
  • Independently take up and participate in Requirement gathering, Document preparation, End-to-End Solution design, Functional Spec preparation, Realization and Deployment
  • Manage capacity and work assignment for offshore team and provide status updates to key stakeholders.
  • Identify and maintain the roster of super-users for their function area.
  • May be required to attend off-hours availability to support critical production issues.

To be considered for this role here’s what you will need to bring with you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferably in the technology field or engineering field.
  • 7+ years of SAP ERP experience including expertise with SAP S/4 Core Procure to Pay processes and integration with other SAP modules.
  • 2+ years full life-cycle implementation experience in SAP Procure-to-Pay.
  • Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Core and S/4 HANA Data Model, SAP Fiori Apps.
  • Integration experience with SAP and non-SAP external systems for Procure-to-Pay processes.
  • Strong experience with Agile processes and testing tools.
  • Hands on experience of Procure to Pay process design, configuration, support and its integration with SAP Order to Cash, SAP Production Planning, and SAP Finance.
  • Experience with SAP Master Data; specifically with Business Partners (Customer & Vendor), Material Master, Equipment Master, Procurement Transactional Mgt etc. and their configurations and issue Management.

This position requires access to United States Export Controlled information.

The base salary for this role is approximately $140,000.0o to $170,000.00

The base pay range represents the low and high end of the Moog pay range or indicates the hourly rate for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on many factors such as skills, experience, certifications and performance. The rate listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
