Moog’s Corporate Group is looking for a SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Lead.

The SAP IBP Lead will report to the SAP Enterprise Architect and work closely with the SAP Aerospace and Defense Transformation Team. 

Here’s what you will be responsible for on a day-to-day basis:

  • Work with process lead and business on requirement gathering analysis and slotting to a release.
  • Drive the design (localization) and deployment of Planning (S/4 HANA and IBP) solution for the rest of Moog sites.
  • Converting process requirements into functional specifications, working with development team to unit test.
  • Work with process team to complete FUT and deploy into production.
  • Coordinate and drive quarterly IBP upgrade process, work with AMS for regression testing.
  • Drive S/4HANA upgrade activities from planning team (MRP, PP/DS , ATP) point of view.
  • Drive RTI integration design and deployment project. 
  • Work with BASIS enabling RTI connection.
  • Work with development team to prepare FS and unit test.
  • Prepare and execute BIT. 
  • Deploy and sustain.
  • Monitor ServiceNow incidents and provide guidance to AMS team driving resolution. 
  • Adhere to change control process, cross functional impacts, documentation updates.
  • Work with process lead and security on planning/scheduling process role alignment. 
  • Govern planning process and design documents (PDD, CRD, FSD, PFL, BMDL) and update.
  • Collaborate with other functional teams (PTP, MES, GC, OTC, AFM) and assess integration impacts.
  • Identify issues, improvements and risks and escalate to the GBPO.
  • Responsible for assessing defect trends and identifying root cause and corrective/preventative action.

To be considered for this role you’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or engineering from an accredited university.
  • 7+ years professional IT experience
  • Minimum of 2 end-to-end S/4 HANA implementations including IBP and S&OP implementation experience.
  • Must have strong knowledge of integration points with procurement, order management, aftermarket, material handling and costing.
  • Strong understanding of SAP planning and procurement relevant master data.
  • Must have either complex manufacturing industry (Project or Order based) or Aerospace and Defense industry experience.
  • Demonstrated soft skills to objectively evaluate requirements and drive the change.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with supply chain leadership team and extended planning community.

This position requires access to United States Export Controlled information.

The base salary for this role is approximately $130,000.00 - $160,000.00

The base pay range represents the low and high end of the Moog pay range or indicates the hourly rate for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on many factors such as skills, experience, certifications and performance. The rate listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
