Our team in Corporate Group is looking for a Workday System Analyst to join them. You will report to the Director of Global HR Technology and will have a hybrid work schedule in East Aurora, NY. 

 

 

To be considered for the Workday System Analyst role, here’s what you’ll typically need to bring with you:

  • Typically, a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 5+ years of data analytics experience to include 3 years with data validation, mass uploads, reporting, dashboards, and managing calculated fields.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Workday Reporting, Prism, and People Analytics experience is highly desirable.  

 

As a Workday System Analyst, you will:

  • Serve as a technical contact for development and support work within HR analytics.
  • Collaborate with members of the HR team for continuous improvement of HR data reliability, efficiency, privacy, and quality.
  • Design and create complex Workday reports utilizing Workday Report Writer
  • Manage the maintenance of reports and dashboards in Workday in alignment with business objectives and best practices.
  • Review system releases for new Workday reporting features and maintain awareness of current analytics trends.
  • Be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and maintaining reports including testing, debugging, and analysis.
  • Generate EIBs and data validation of Workday mass uploads.
  • Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance all existing Moog systems as applicable.
  • Keep critical applications and systems online and usable.  Demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills, applying their learning and experience to even the most difficult technical challenges.   
  • Provide technical leadership to less senior staff members to ensure programming and design “best practices” are adhered to.

The base pay range for this opportunity is $79,955 - $113,786 per year.

 

Pay Disclaimer:

The base pay range represents the low and high end of the Moog pay range or indicates the hourly rate for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on many factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and performance. The rate listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include a profit share bonus, employee stock purchase plan, a flexible paid time off policy, competitive 401K plan with enhanced matching program, and many region-specific benefits.

 

This position requires access to United States Export Controlled information.
