Our team in Aircraft Group is looking for an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join them. You will report to the Site Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in Torrance, CA.

To be considered for the Administrative Assistant / Receptionist role, here's what you'll need to bring with you: 

·         Associates Degree and 4 or more years of administrative work / Receptionist experience or

·         High School Diploma and 10 years or more administrative work / Receptionist experience

·         Ability to use wide range of automated office and information technology-based equipment are needed. Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents and record maintenance

 

As an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist, you will:

·         Provide general administrative support

·         Receive, screen and direct/escort visitors to the appropriate people at site and use visitor management software tool

·         Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness

·         Maintain lobby with regards to housekeeping and visitors’ registers

·         Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls. Take and communicate messages 

·         Provide secretarial assistance to Site support: catering, meeting coordination, conference room scheduling, appointments, reports as requested

·         Support data collection to compile a variety of reports

·         Support Site purchases, reconciliation of invoices/accounts.

·         Assist with company events

·         Composition/distribution of general correspondence to employees as requested

·         Maintain bulletin boards and disperses company information 

·         Independently prepares studies and reports often of a confidential nature

·         Coordinate/complete the sending and distribution of all fax, phone, and mail

·         Performs other Administrative Assistant / Receptionist responsibilities as assigned

Salary Range:

California Residents: Pay range for this opportunity is $50,000-$70,000 per year

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, competitive 401K plan with enhanced matching program, and many region-specific benefits. 

 

This position requires access to United States Export Controlled information.
