Moog Inc. designs and manufactures high-end technical components on a global scale. The Commercial / Industrial Slip Ring Sales Department is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will report to the Inside Sales Manager and have an onsite / hybrid work schedule based out of Christiansburg, Virginia. 

We are looking for a responsible detail-oriented team player to partner with domestic and international customer accounts. You will be the primary contact for these accounts responsible for time sensitive responses to customer inquiries and orders.

 To be considered for Sales Administrator, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related technical area; or an Associate’s Degree with a minimum of two (2) years related experience
  • Attention to detail while being highly organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, set goals, and develop systems for achieving those goals.
  • Positive attitude to master challenges with a team-oriented approach to success. 

As a Sales Administrator, you will: 

  • Research quotes to finalize and load on CRM.
  • Edit and enter contracts / orders into LN / SAP.
  • Manage, monitor, and fulfill daily incoming account inquiries. 
  • Organize, prioritize, and manage customer account requirements in conjunction with schedule / production guidelines.
  • Be responsible for data collection and report preparation for internal and external submissions.
  • Target goals that improve organization performance. 
  • Partner with company personnel, field sales personnel and specific primary customers to support the sales department objectives.
  • Learn to apply contract requirements and technical product applications for the commercial and industrial markets as part of a business development team.
  • Access US export-controlled information
