Für unseren Bereich CSC EFB Valves suchen wir ab sofort, in Vollzeit und unbefristet einen:
Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Auftragssteuerung in der Materialwirtschaft
Standort: Böblingen
Requisition Nr.: 241083
Ihre Aufgaben:
· Terminierung von Kundenaufträgen und Reparaturbedarfen für Teile aus Vor- und Endmontage
· Überwachung, Freigabe und Anpassung von Fertigungsaufträgen für die Montage
· Steuerung, Koordination und Planung der Warenströme
· Buchen und Überwachen der Materialbewegungen
· Operative Beschaffung bei internen und externen Lieferanten sowie Steuerung der Anliefer-termine und -treue mittels Einzelbestellungen, Lieferpläne und Kontrakte
· Selbstständige Bedarfsermittlung und Bedarfsauslösung in SAP in Kooperation mit den Bereichen Vertrieb, Fertigung und Montage für eine optimale Kapazitätssteuerung der Montage
Ihr Profil:
· Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
· Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Materialwirtschaft und Montagesteuerung, vorzugsweise auch im Bereich der operativen Beschaffung, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
· Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise mit SAP
· Organisationstalent und gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse
· Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
