Im Rahmen unserer strategischen Initiativen „Digital Transformation“ und „Complexity Management“ suchen wir für den Bereich Lean & IT Processes ab sofort, in Vollzeit und unbefristet einen:
Modular Systems Manager / Baukastenmanager (m/w/d)
Standort: Böblingen

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Maßgebliches Vorantreiben der Entwicklung und Implementierung eines systematischen Baukastenmanagements für unser Produktportfolio in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Stakeholdern
- Identifizieren und evaluieren von Produktarchitektur-Entwicklungsprojekten
- Umsetzung eines effizienten Produktarchitektur Managements mit der Software METUS sowie Aufbau und Entwicklung der internen METUS Experten
- Aktive Unterstützung des Aufbaus einer Produkt Konfigurator Lösung im ERP PLM Kontext
- Abstimmung der Baukasten-Roadmaps mit den Roadmaps für Produkte, Technologie und Innovation unter Berücksichtigung von strategischen, technischen und wirtschaftlichen Aspekten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, der Produktentwicklung und der Produktion, um die Umsetzung neuer Methoden und Arbeitsweisen zu unterstützen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Standardisierungsgremien
Ihr Profil:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ähnlich
- Erfahrung mit Produktentwicklungs- und Änderungsprozessen
- Erfahrung im Varianten - / Komplexitätsmanagement, fundierte Kenntnisse über Produktarchitekturen und Modularisierung
- Erfahrungen in der Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen (Schwerpunkt Engineering) und relevanter Lean Methoden
- Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsstärke, Fähigkeit zu abstraktivem Denken
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
