Work on following tasks as a team member of Supply Chain Management group in compliance with Moog Statement of Business ETHICS and report to SCM Manager.

Work with supervisors and managers to accomplish company objectives and update progress with KPIs.

Take the leadership on all the activities in Logistics & Warehousing including the following items.

  • Communicate with both inside and outside parties to properly package the goods to get ready for shipping and arrange transportation for delivering the goods to correct destinations.
  • Receive goods from outside and put them at correct locations for the post receiving process like incoming inspection and storing in a warehouse etc.
  • Manage the storage space in the facility and arrange to store the goods in a warehouse outside in case an additional space is required especially during the peak season.
  • Support in preparing the documents to export and import the goods and communicate closely with relevant departments inside and outside parties to carry out the task with integrity.
  • Collect and deliver components and floor stock to Production on a timely manner based on work order or a request.
  • Complete seal kits etc. that are shipped to customers directly with special care to prevent customer complaints.
  • Manage and improve the status of 5S and safety in overall Logistics and Warehousing workplaces.
  • Plan and lead the effort of inventory cycle counting with a support from finance. 
  • Lead the Logistics & Warehousing team to achieve objectives for both team and each individual and support the members to improve/develop skills/capabilities for their effective work.
  • Arrange a support between Logistics and Warehouse based on workload.
  • Participate in Lean activities to improve productivity and cost in the team and relevant departments.
  • Ensure to follow HSE guidelines and to build working environment with the team members, supervisors and managers in order to maintain work-life balance.
  • Conduct other duties assigned for business benefit.

SCMグループの一員としてムーグ企業倫理を順守して以下の業務を行い、SCMマネージャへ報告する。

スーパーバイザやマネージャと共に活動を行いKPIで進捗のアップデートを図り、会社目標を達成する。

物流倉庫で遂行される以下の項目を含むすべての業務に対してリーダーシップをとること。

  • 社内および社外の第三者とコミュニケーションを図り、製品を適切に梱包し出荷への準備を行う。また、正しい向け先へ製品を出荷するための輸送を手配する。
  • 外部より物品を受け取り、受領後の工程である受入検査や倉庫への保管などのため正しい場所へ配置する。
  • 建屋の保管スペースを管理する。繁忙期に追加の保管場所を要する場合、外部倉庫の手配を行う。
  • 輸出入の書類準備の支援を行うと共に、健全な業務遂行のため社内の関係部門や外部の第三者との円滑なコミュニケーションを取る。
  • 部品やフロアストックを収集し、ワークオーダー(作業指示)や現場からの要求に基づき製造へタイムリに払い出す。
  • 顧客クレームを防止のため顧客へ直接出荷するシールキットなどは、注意を払い完成する。
  • 物流倉庫の職場全般に関して5Sや安全の状態を維持し改善する。
  • 財務の支援を受け循環棚卸の計画と実行をリードする。
  • チームおよび個人の両方の目標を達成するため物流倉庫チームをリードし効果的に業務を遂行するためにメンバのスキルや能力の向上、および開発をサポートする。
  • 物流と倉庫の間で必要なサポートを段取りする。
  • リーン活動に参加し、チームや関連部門の生産性やコストを改善する。
  • 健康・環境・安全に関するガイドラインが順守されることを確実にし、ワークライフバランスを維持するためにチームメンバ、 スーパーバイザ、マネージャと共に職場の労働環境を構築する。
  • その他ビジネスの利益のためにアサインされた業務を行う。

Qualifications:

Education/degree:

  • High school or technical school graduate (ideally technical related major such as mechanical engineering.)

Work experience (for mid-carrier):

  • At least 5+ years’ experience in logistics or any relevant roles in manufacturing.
  • Those who have completed safety training programs for forklift and crane operations.
  • Other experience in production related responsibility and any leading role in particular are desirable.

Other skills, experiences or highly desirable qualifications:

  • PC skills utilizing standard applications such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, Power Point, Access etc.
  • Experience in any ERP and introduction of the system are highly desirable.
  • Those who have skills for reading and writing English or willingness to acquire English skills.

  • 高校卒、技術学校卒レベル相当(機械工学等の技術的な専攻があれば尚可)

職務経験(中途採用の場合)

  • 5年以上の製造業における物流や関連する業務での経験。
  • フォークリフトやクレーンの操作に対する安全講習を修了している方。
  • その他の製造に関する職務や特に指導者的役割の経験があることが望ましい。

行動能力

  • コミュニケーション能力。(ムーグ社員としての職場での協調性。)
  • 積極的で常に先を見越した取り組み。
  • リーン活動を通じて変化を受け入れ、職責の範囲に展開できる。
  • 実務や改善に向けて自分自身の経験が活用できる。

その他望ましい技量、経験、資格等

  • マイクロソフトワード、エクセル、パワーポイント、アクセス等の標準的なアプリケーションを活用したPC操作。
  • いずれかのERPやそのシステム導入の経験は非常に望ましい。
  • 英語での読書き能力があるか、または英語の能力を身に付けようとする意欲のある方。
