Moog Medical Devices Group designs, manufactures, and distributes industry-leading enteral feeding and infusion pumps. Through investment in research & development and relying on our vast expertise, we design and develop advanced infusion systems that improve medication safety, optimize application performance, and reduce medical expenses.
Moog Medical Devices Group designs is looking for an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist. You will lead the development and sustainment of the EHS program in the Medical Devices, Salt Lake City Facility. You will report to the Manager, Operations in a hybrid role in Salt Lake City, Utah.
To be considered for the Environmental Health and Safety Specialist, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
- BS in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences or related field or equivalent experience
- Three (3) years' experience in an EHS role
- Experience with EPA, NFPA, OSHA regulations
- Ability to relocate to the Salt Lake City, UT area
As a Environmental Health and Safety Specialist you will....
- Assess Federal and State regulations applicable to the facility and ensure they are met.
- Implement site specific EHS programs.
- Implement action plans for audit findings and incident reports.
- Lead Safety committee and site emergency planning.
- Conduct site reviews of chemical handling, storage and disposal.
- Review new products for environmental risks
